P1andemic Anxiety - Keeping Level-headed in a Dystopian World

How do you keep your vibrations high with everything that's going on in the world right now? 

Since I've been posting about geopolitics and the nefarious agendas against humanity, this is one of the messages I receive often. I can only give you insight based on my journey through the abyss of awakening, so if you find yourself struggling because of this pandemic with anxiety or any mental health issues, I believe this will help you.

Part I - The Game

The culmination of my desire to seek the truth resulted in Realising this: everything external is a projection of everything internal. Everything that has ever happened, everything that is happening and everything that will happen come from within you. A profound finding on my journey towards freedom. It’s kinda deep.

Because when you truly see that, taking away the power from those Illuminati guys happens in a snap. In its most basic and complete sense, the truth about reality is that we create it from our thoughts and belief systems. Our collective reality is just one whole consciousness experiencing itself from multiple perspectives throughout a multiverse. This life thing is a game, and there are various levels to it. But let's focus on this:

We quite literally make up our reality from thinking.

This whole war on consciousness, not just recently but through the history of humanity and planet earth, has been about keeping us from knowing this simple fact - about keeping you from knowing & feeling that simple fact.

In transcending the world stage, you don't have to participate in anything that goes against the life you want to live. That means things like forced mandates, global tyranny, and large-scale corruption can take a hike. When your focus and awareness is not on them, you release yourself from being in a state of fear. It cannot dent your noggin when you embrace the oneness of creation (that one is all and all is one). 

Whether we look at this from a spiritual or scientific aspect, we come back to one point of creation, containing everything there ever has been, is & will be. Everything in our Universe originates from one.

Additionally, to think humankind is the only species to bless the cosmos would be ignorant of our science & ancient civilisations. We are not alone, and we have never been, nor will we ever be. This life thing is The Game, which comes from within.

There is so much deep history about who we are & where we come from that has been withheld. The Matrix turns out to be a relatively accurate depiction of our lives. Ultimately it all means we have way more power than perhaps we've been told.

However, to instantly accept what I just said as truth is quite crazy in itself, given the level of programming and indoctrination we all go through. In all fairness, take it with a pinch of salt and seek truth wherever your heart chakra takes you. I am not here to convince you of anything - that is the honest insight of my perspective & research into figuring out who we are. For what we are, it would, of course, require another lengthy blog post ha.

'How does any of this affect me?', you may ask? Good question. It's all about freedom. (of course).

This universal truth that our inner state of being is responsible for our outer reality is very significant. It's why these agendas exist. To keep us trapped, enslaved and in a state of anxiety. Suppose you have a fear of oppressive regimes, governments overstepping their authority or even losing your job. By the very nature of thinking about it, you are subjecting your mental and physical bodies to stress. Our media systems are bombarding our subconscious brains with carefully crafted messaging across all the devices we connect with online. Chemical reactions will start up top, causing you to panic mentally, and then you feel the physical symptoms of stress: an elevated heartbeat with a reduced oxygen intake. You can alter your state of being with thought alone. It's crazy. 

Therefore, to get rid of anxiety, you must first be aware of what is going on (the game) and then consciously & continuously hold a high energy vibration.

So, how do you keep yourself in a high vibration?

Part II - The Integration

The simplest & easiest answer is to emanate love and gratitude using your energy. These feelings resonate at a range where fear and anxiety cannot exist - at a much higher vibration. 

The doing part of all this inner work is what builds your spiritual armour. It's what the integration is. What do you have to do to rid yourself of anxiety during this pantomime we call the pandemic? You have to get to a point where no matter what content you consume about what is going on, it doesn't affect you in any way. 

To do that, you have to go within to destroy limiting beliefs, allowing you to dissipate any energy blocks back into the universe.

Going within does not need to be as dramatic as I may write it out to be. But it is the only way to ride the wave - when you create inner peace and bliss, you begin to flow with the universe, rather than against it. Hate to tell you this, but nature is way more powerful than you or I in this third-dimensional realm. Your life will be easier when you are in sync with the symphony of everything. 

Practical ways of raising your vibration

Here are some ways that have helped me and continue to help me!

(i) Passion - An effective way to lift your vibration is to engage with whatever your passion is. If you don't know what you are passionate about, do something that brings you joy. Something that is going to make the cheeks on your face tired from smiling. It will instantly raise your vibration beyond a level of fear.

(ii) Intention & Breath - Whether we recognise it or not, we are constantly sending a signal to the universe. Our words, actions and emotions tell us about our vibration. They are evidence of what energy we put out. All it takes to shift vibrations is some focus and conscious breathing. When you practice offering your vibrations consciously (i.e. some effort!), the universe around you responds like never before. It's mad; try it out - it doesn't take years of meditation to reach this level of awareness. It's built-in already. You can do it.

So close your eyes and start breathing. Just keep focusing your awareness on your breath and feel and experience each inhale and exhale. And as you feel your body begin to oxygenate, start feeling the emotions of gratitude & love, allowing each breath to sync naturally with every part of your being. Pick anything that you are grateful for and see that energy filling all around your heart area. Then keep breathing and bathe in the space & energy you have just created.

(iii) Compassion - Showing compassion and understanding in those moments which utterly frustrate us raises are our vibrations immensely. When we can dig deep and practice non-judgement, we make leaps and bounds. In the context of what that might look like during a dystopian world, we can take the issue of masks. It may trigger us to see that people do not see our perspective, whatever that may be or however right we think we are. When we can look at that person, individually & collectively, without judgement, for they have a different perspective, we vibrate at the level of unconditional love, which is who we are, pure consciousness. I told you I would write this with a spiritual influence. Shouting or getting angry at different perspectives that do not align with our own, especially during this crucial moment in our civilisation, keeps us locked in low vibrations. Every time we show compassion towards one another, we create a ripple effect around our world, helping to co-create a better planet.

(iv) True Power - Just knowing that true power does not come from money, cars or flash objects can also raise your vibes. I talk a lot about freedom and indoctrination. And the truth from my perspective is that we are primed from a young age to believe power comes from $$$. I mean, don't get me wrong, $ has its purpose, but system teachings focus on external power. Our true power is our ability to access a vibration. Imagine knowing that nothing anyone can do or say can rattle you. You can freely do what you like, consume what you like or even post whatever content you like. Accessing high vibrational states of being is a choice. Choices allow you to experience whatever vibrational state you want. Your external is a reflection of your internal. True power is literally within you.

(v) Inner Scanning - If you pay attention to what you are doing, what you are thinking, what you are saying and how you are feeling both physically & emotionally, you will also become aware of your vibration. Once you become aware of it, you need to tune into it & bring it into phocus. Just pay attention to where you might feel particular vibrations. You will shift and release the energy of low vibrations like anxiety or anger by allowing them to surface and pass through you. 

(vi) Being Present - Raising your vibrations also does not need to be complicated. You can reside in the present moment and keep bringing your awareness back to the now. You can combine this with the breathing exercise in part (ii). Being present means not getting distracted by the past or future (both of which have no bearing on your current reality). Bringing your complete awareness and attention unto whatever it is you are doing. Being present keeps you in a state of flow, which naturally creates high vibrations.

So there we have it, some practical ways you can start saying goodbye to anxiety or stress, whatever your situation.
