Four Pillars of Inner Freedom
To travel the (many) paths to Inner Freedom, it is a good idea to understand and integrate the Four Pillars of Inner Freedom. In reality, there are more than four, but you'll find these four common amongst different paths. Each pillar represents a foundational element that supports and improves our ability to live freely from within that wonderful Heart Chakra of ours. Through this project, I help you explore these pillars, encouraging a change that creates spiritual freedom and a life aligned with your true essence.
Escape The matrix.
Mindfulness and Meditation: This pillar highlights the importance of present-moment awareness and meditation practice. By developing mindfulness, we learn to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment, leading to superior emotional peace and clarity of your noggin me friend.
Energetic Healing and Alignment: The focus is on the subtle energies that animate our physical and mental states. Energetic healing practices like Reiki, Tai Chi, and Qigong help clear blockages and harmonise our body's energy flow, sweetening our overall well-being and connectivity with The Universe. You should know by now that I am a brown hippie, and everything will reference back to The Universe!
Consciousness Expansion Techniques: These involve methods and practices that extend our awareness beyond the ordinary perception of reality. Maybe this is a bit woo-woo. Or is it? What does your perception of reality say it is? Techniques such as guided visualisation, lucid dreaming, and plant-based medicine journeys can open doors to new insights, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the self and the world around us. I am forever indebted to plants for allowing me to walk this path of inner freedom. So plants, thank you for everything - I would Mary you any day.
Higher Self Integration: The ultimate goal of the Four Pillars is to align and combine with our Higher Self as the most authentic and enlightened part of our being. This pillar encourages practices and mindsets that promote self-love, acceptance, and the pursuit of our life mission with courage and joy. Why not just enjoy this beautiful place, that is hella cray.
What does you think? It helped me by starting with small practices that aligned with each pillar. But it had to be easy and doable, given my nature of (sometimes) not getting sheet done.
Maybe some of these guides will help you? Who knows pal.
